Quality, Effectiveness, and Risk for SGS is to set policies and procedures in place that result in a consistent, measureable outcomes.
Ethical
For SGS this means that profits are not put before other factors and decisions take into account those other factors. For example SGS will not break the Law because it is cheaper to pay the fine if caught.
Laws
That are created by governments that affect SGS operations.
Customs
Are the unwritten laws, behaviours, expectations, which people practice, that SGS must respect.
People
Are directors, customers, staff and other people affected by SGS activities.
Soul
Is a human characteristic, said not to exist in a corporation, SGS is different in that its directors, managers and people are asked to impose themselves on SGS. SGS will do this by allowing SGS people to react to their sole.
