Weeding & Removing Decaying Leaf Matter

Remove all weeds by pulling them out by hand – not just the tops but also roots. Removing weeds regularly will prevent them getting “out of hand” as well as allowing the plants to thrive. Dead leaf matter needs to be removed; although it makes for excellent compost it can sometimes harbor disease. Our job is to make the garden aesthetically pleasing – leaves tend to make a garden look disheveled.
